CEO

Pat has 25 years of leadership experience in services based technology companies. Before joining Targas, he founded and sold three multi-million dollar companies, including Network Infrastructure Corporation, a $25 million Cisco/Microsoft network integration firm specializing in security surveillance and access control systems.

Pat excels at resolving complex business issues. He is a results-oriented leader with the leadership skills to drive organizational improvements and implement best practices.

Director of Training

Former Director for Phoenix International Security, Michael has provided specialized training for thousands of law enforcement, military, and security personnel since 2003 in over 10 countries.

Michael began his security career in the United States Air Force as a member of the 77th Security Forces Squadron in 1995.

Director of Operations

Sean is a seasoned soldier and commander with over 18 years of military and contract experience with multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, and Central America.

Sean has trained and provided protective services in multiple high-threat environments around the world. He began his career as a Combat Engineer for the U.S. Military in 1995.

Matthew Wentzel, Psy.D, M.Ed.

Senior Advisor

Dr. Wentzel maintains a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and expertise in the fields of strategic consulting and government relations. His experience working within the tactical defense industry allows him to bring new approaches, and first-hand knowledge in moving a TARGAS’ agenda forward. Dr. Wentzel has both policy and political experience working in the legislative and executive branches for more than 20 years.

With TARGAS, Dr. Wentzel currently works to cultivate relationships in Washington DC and abroad to create strategic, effective, and long-term partnerships.
